Welcome to the Kreischberg Guest House
The Mayer family warmly welcomes you to our family-run guesthouse in St. Lorenzen near Kreischberg, 864 metres above sea level. Just a few minutes from the Kreischberg ski area, our house is in the middle of the beautiful Murauer mountains – ideal for anyone looking for relaxation, nature, and genuine Styrian hospitality.
Our guest house has been in existence since 1982 and has been run with warmth and devotion ever since. In 2025, Sandra Mayer took over the long-established family business from Barbara and Hans and now continues to run it with fresh ideas, great passion, and the same personal service customers have come to expect. The focus remains on familiarity with our guests and attachment to the region.

We offer cosy rooms and apartments with balconies, a well-kept garden with a sun terrace, free parking, lockable bicycle garages, and a ski cellar with heated boot dryers.

We are more than happy to pick up guests arriving by train at the station in St. Lorenzen. We are also always on hand with tips on ski schools, hiking, and cycling tours or bike service.
