Cancellation Policy & Payment Guidelines

Bookings via portals
For bookings made via external booking portals (e.g. Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.), only the cancellation policy and payment terms specified there apply.

Cancellation Policy – Winter Season
Up to 60 days before arrival: free of charge
59 days before arrival: 90% of the total price
7 days before arrival: 100% of the total price
No-show: 100% of the total price
Deposit: A 50% deposit must be paid to the property within 7 days of booking via bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy – Summer Season
Up to 7 days before arrival: free of charge
6 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
No-show: 50% of the total price
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required and must be paid to the property within 7 days of booking via bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy – July / August
Up to 21 days before arrival: free of charge
20 days before arrival: 90% of the total price
No-show: 100% of the total price
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required and must be paid to the property within 7 days of booking via bank transfer.

Individual adjustments for major events
Please note that the landlord reserves the right to adjust the cancellation conditions individually if necessary – especially for major events such as the Formula 1 Grand Prix, Moto GP, Airpower or similar events.

Note:
